Our chef de cuisine, Krzysztof Mazurek, makes the dishes served in the Hotel Krasicki**** restaurant a splendid combination of the old customs and culinary traditions of the Lidzbark Castle and of course the modernity, which results in the pleasures of the table it would be in vain to look for elsewhere. Our culinary palette includes the Warmian dumplings with buckwheat and hard-boiled egg, sprinkled with pork scratchings (“dzyndzałki z hreczką i skrzeczkami”), but also world delicacies.
