They are addressed mainly to students or graduates of music universities, music schools as well as to professional musicians who want to expand their knowledge and acquire new skills in the area of music from the previous eras.
For more than a week the participants will be able to attend daily individual classes conducted by high-class specialists in their respective fields, but also to participate in numerous lectures and discussions concerning various significant issues related to the so called historic executive practice. They will present their skills during afternoon and evening concerts, thereby contributing to the programme of the festival Energa Varmia Musica. The instrumentalists will have the opportunity to become familiar with the specific character of work in a baroque orchestra and to gain experience, so necessary in their future career. It is also an opportunity for singers to try some unusually interesting repertoire and present their work more than once. The workshops are addressed also to the organized groups, both those permanent ones and also these created ad hoc. The lecturers, specially suited for this purpose, using their expertise in the cameralistics, will conduct separate classes, apart from the individual activities.
An additional advantage of this year’s edition will be a meeting with specialists, who will help our attendees understand questions about coping with stress and stage fright. They will also teach them about the effective career management. Yet the course does not include merely theory. Our students will also take part in meetings and consultations with instrument builders.
