We have the great pleasure of welcoming you to Hotel Krasicki****. Situated in the heart of Lidzbark Warmiński, a city for centuries called the Pearl of Warmia, Hotel Krasicki is the historic forecourt of the Residence of the Bishops of Warmia - the most valuable, visible testimony to the history of Warmia and Mazury.

In order to ensure the highest possible comfort of our Guests' stay and relaxation, we provide you with a comprehensive hotel guide, containing information on the services provided on the premises of the hotel. The charm of a place where history meets modernity, and the art of living meets the art of hospitality, arouses moments filled with emotions during your stay at Hotel Krasicki****.

General information
• Reception - open 24 hours a day
• A first aid kit with basic equipment is located at the Reception
• Wake-up calls, by phone - please contact the Reception
• Shoe cleaning - the cleaning machine is located on the first floor in the Gothic wing
• The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Cosmetics and personal hygiene products – available at the Reception
• Doctor – please contact the Reception
• Flower mail – please contact the Reception
• Minibars – refilled at the guest's request - billed according to consumption at the Reception
• Parking – paid PLN 25/day – for guests staying overnight at the Hotel

• Laundry, ironing – to order the service, please contact the Reception

• Sewing kit – a basic set is located in the wardrobe in each room

• Telephone calls paid individually by Guests, to make an external call, dial "0" and the phone number
• Safes are included in the room equipment.

• Taxi - please contact the Reception

HOTEL RECREATION
• Library Cafe - reading room open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. Access to the collection is only possible in the presence of a librarian on Friday from 16:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00.
• Saint Catherine's SPA (beauty salons, body treatments, massages, Rasoul and Hammam and Prestige Zone) open daily 9:00–21:00
• Wellness (indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam sauna, infrasauna, fitness room) is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 21:00 and Saturday to Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00
• Lobby Bar available from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00

• Guided tours of the hotel – please contact the Reception
• Restaurant open 7:00–21:00 – Breakfast from 7:00–11:00 – Daily from 12:00-21:00 we invite you to use the a’la carte menu
