The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special weekends such as: Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Easter, the May long weekend, Corpus Christi, St. Andrew's Eve, November 11, Christmas, New Year's Eve and other holidays. The deadline for free cancellation or changes to the reservation is 7 days before the date of arrival; after the above deadline the Hotel considers the voucher used.
