The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The voucher has no cash value, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase except on special weekends such as: Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Easter, May Day, Corpus Christi, St. Andrew's Day, 11 November, Christmas, New Year's Eve and other holidays. The deadline for free cancellation or reservation changes is 7 days before the arrival date; after this deadline the Hotel considers the voucher used.
