The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase excluding special weekends such as: Valentine\u2019s Day, Women\u2019s Day, Easter, the May Day long weekend, Corpus Christi, St. Andrew\u2019s Day, November 11, Christmas, New Year\u2019s Eve and other holidays. The deadline for free cancellation or change of reservation is possible 7 days before the arrival date; after the aforementioned deadline the Hotel considers the voucher used. The printed voucher must be presented to reception upon arrival.
