The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase except on special weekends i.e.; Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Easter, May Day holidays, Corpus Christi, St. Andrew's Eve, November 11, Christmas, New Year's Eve and other holidays. Free cancellation or change of reservation is possible 7 days before the arrival date; after the above deadline the Hotel considers the voucher used.
